My neighbors at 2705 S. Olcott Blvd let out their two dogs to roam their front yard 3 or 4 times per day. I walk my dogs, as do my neighbors who have dogs. With the animals in the front yard, without leashes, it means those walking have to cross the street to avoid the dogs. This is not a problem, except at night. I watch out for the dogs, in order to avoid them, but lately the dogs are let out their front door just as I get the middle of their yard and the dogs come racing at me and my dog, barking and frightening. Besides, the issue of taking over that side of the street, these dogs bark the entire time they're outside, seems anything or anyone can set them off. This can be at 10:00pm and go on. I don't know what to do, because they are not friendly. I need your advice as to how to deal with this neighborhood problem. Thank you for whatever help you can give me.

517 West Wylie Street. This property has accrued a considerable amount of debris. It has had groundhogs, skunks, feral cats and rats living on the property and sometimes under the home itself. These animals are a nuisance to the adjacent property owners and a disgrace to the McDoel Gardens Historic neighborhood. Please help.

The people who live at 1709 South Huntington Dr never clean up after their dog. They leave feces in yards all along Miller Dr when walking the dog.

Green County does not have an animal control- SAFE Animal Rescue inc in linton is a filthy building, one breaker controls the whole building, ventilation is dangerous. they do not clean properly with chemicals and have no MSDS books for the people that "works" They have aggressive dogs in the garage but let kids run in and out of the building. someone is going to get sick, or hurt The Cat's are dying all the time. They post they need money on their Facebook but their volunteers say they are not putting the money to take care of the animals. They are abused and left all day unattended while the board members work, even when the president is there she is not taking care of the animals in the building. I did not know who else to contact- I have contacted the Sullivan animal shelter a few times but one of their board members Rebbecca Carmichael removes the complaints because she is on the board at safe. I have also reached out to GCHS but there is personal issues between them and safe that they will not get involved. They presidents husband is a police officer out there, so trying to call them does no go either.

We have a deer in Bloomington IN who has damaged her right rear leg. It looks like she got into a car accident and has a road rash on her left hip. Her right rear leg dangles and we don't know if she has a broken hip too. She struggles to walk and is very thin and emaciated despite summer being her best time of year for food. She has three fawns that follow her or sometimes wander around without her. Is there anything that can be done with the mother and her fawns? We are concerned that she will die this winter as it seems very difficult for her to find food and get around. It is also very disturbing to see her walk around as she is obviously very hurt.
