517 West Wylie Street. This property has accrued a considerable amount of debris. It has had groundhogs, skunks, feral cats and rats living on the property and sometimes under the home itself. These animals are a nuisance to the adjacent property owners and a disgrace to the McDoel Gardens Historic neighborhood. Please help.

Person making complaint wished to remain anonymous to avoid potential retaliation by homeowner. Has made complaint in the past from address 612 N. Summit St.
