Trash
205 S Yancy LN
- Case Date:
- 6/26/2012
Resident called in stating that we tagged a container of overweight recycling as overweight trash but left her actual trash behind (noted there was no sticker on the recycling can but there was a sticker on the trash can). Heath Whaley went out to pickup and the trash sticker was gone (he stated they had picked their trash up from the can that morning and removed the sticker). The resident came out and said the sticker must have been stolen and placed a new sticker on it. Heath noted that the trash can was half full of wet newspapers (likely from the other can) and that the can was overweight also. He went ahead and picked it up but informed resident that they would not be picking up overweight trash again. **This will be only courtesy pickup for resident. No additional pickups.
Late set out.
A male yellow lab with a black collar has been wondering around frequently in the neighborhood around the intersection of S Walnut and E Hillside. I personally spotted him on 11/28/24. I tried to approach him but was not successful. He showed ABSOLUTELY NO signs of aggression, but would not let me get close to him. He was running in and out of the street. I posted him to the Lost & Found Pets page on Facebook and received many comments that he is out like this frequently. I have also seen many posts on the page about sightings for this dog since my original post. I can only attach one image, so I’ve chosen some comments from my post about someone else’s sightings. I wish I could provide the owner’s address, but I do not know it. I am not sure if there is much you can do in this situation, but just wanted to report it since it has been happening so frequently.
Bags and cans must have a sticker attached.
