Crews took stickers, left yard waste. It was too heavy. Mr. Labbon was told that he needed to break down the yard waste into more than 1 container. He'll leave it there for Mon.

Neighbor said grass is at least a foot tall -- house is vacant. She said owner owns other property in neighborhood and is not mowing them either. She also said same owner is running a "car dealership" out of one house in neighborhood.
