Friday/Missed pick-up/trash: This is the 2nd time trash not picked up. He ws recently annexed (corner of Coolidge & Rogers) He called Friday & left ou but no picked up Saturday ( Didn't know if due to weather)

Ms Hammond left a voice message on 4/18/16 saying she has problems with storm sewer runoff in her backyard that has gotten much worse this year. She didn't know if the city could help because the storm sewer comes off The Stands Dr with a culvert that ends right in her back yard.

SHE NOTICED AN OLD MAKE-SHIFT TRAILER FALLING APART LOADED WITH TRASH IN AND OUT OF BAGS. BAGS ARE FALLING OUT AND SHE IS CONCERNED THIS IS BECOMING INFESTED WITH ANIMALS AND MAY BE A HEALTH HAZARD.
There is an old make-shift type trailer that is falling apart and full of bags with trash on this property. Trash is falling out and is a health hazard and is probably attracting rats and other animals.
