Customer concerned about two things on new billing format. When they are an aqua-pay customer it says balance due $0.00 but under that says the amount being debited from their account. Customer says it is confusing. Also said a phone number to call should be on the bill.
Customer called concerning increase in stormwater charge. Used to be 2.35 is now 19.56. He would like for someone to call him and explain the way stormwater charges are calculated..
The neighbor states that there is approximately 3 pickup loads of trash in the backyard. There are several car/truck tires in the back. The resident is always working on cars/trucks and when the wind blows the gas fumes come into the neighbor's house. The backyard is almost like a junkyard.
the yard is very littered the shrubs along the south side of the lot have caught alot of litter.
Neighbor called says that the yard is a mess with trash, old cars, and tires piled in the yard.
The tenants put their trash out without any tags. It never gets picked up.
CUSTOMER STATES THAT SHE IS HAVING FURTHER STORM SEWER PROBLEMS AND WOULD LIKE THE SUPERVISOR TO CALL HER FIRST.

CUSTOMER WANTS TO HAVE HIS WATER METER SET, BUT CANT FIND THE PIPE HE NEEDS TO EXPOSE IN ORDER TO HAVE METER SET. HE WOULD LIKE SOMEONE TO COME AND HELP LOCATE THE PIPE
