Kathy was transferred to my voice mail by PW on 6/2. She said there is work starting to be done there today and they were not notified. They have lots of issues and she was told I've been with the city a long time and hopefully I know the history of this.
At 8th and Park customers toilets are not flushing and running over.
Ms Underwood left a voice message for me on Friday 6/27/14 saying she was calling about the brick streets at 8th and Park and the sewer line that currently goes under the street.
There is a sewage smell outside on the north side of her home.
Manhole cover is missing.
Sewage is coming out of manhole cover in the alley.
Sanitary sewer lid next to drive is falling in.
SEWER LINE GURGLING AND SMELLS
Sewer odor so bad it is making her eyes water.
Water backing up into toilet and bathtub. Water also coming up in basement.
