In front of the lots sits an old truck bed made into a trailer and full of junk, oil, etc. Some of this junk is causing nails, bolts and screws to be all over the street. THERE ARE DEEP DITCHES ON EITHER SIDE OF MORNINGSIDE. WHEN IT RAINS, ESPECIALLY A HEAVY RAIN, THESE DITCHES FILL UP. THE WATER TENDS TO POOL AT THE INTERSECTION WITH LEXINGTON. THE WATER SETS AND BECOMES STAGNANT AND ATTRACTS MOSQUITOES
