Mr. Smith called regarding a problem with overgrown bushes on the sw corner of 15th and Woodburn. He also said that there is an old blue Dodge PU with expired tags that is blocking the stop sign. Because of the bushes and the pu, lots of people run this stop sign.
caller said there is a huge brush pile in the backyard and you can see it from the street. he is pretty sure that rats are living in it. he has seen two dead rats.
