Caller has phoned 3x about the yard and structure at 207 S. Meadowbrook. There is an uncovered pool with old water attracting bugs. Trash everywhere. The structure is unsafe. Rodents are now in the callers yard at 3709 E. 3rd. I explained to the caller that the inspector could not see the problem from the road. She asked that the inspector look through her yard.

They put trash out on Monday and a private hauler comes by on Thursday. Sometimes the hauler doesn't come for 2 weeks. This is a 1-unit house. We do not show it as a rental.
