Complaint made by adjacent property owner (Pat Bookwalter). New tenant has moved in and has not moved trash to the curb for pickup. Trash is now blowing into the neighbor's yard also. Entered in by Woolford
Trash is overwhelming, and has not been picked up in over 3 weeks Pat said. She said the smell is so horrible she cannot even open her windows, and there are so many rats she sets traps for them.
Large amount of trash that is currently in bags but has been accumulating for quite some time. However, the caller is concerned that animals will get into the bags and scatter the trash.
Trash in yard, receptacles never brought up from curb.
