Ms. Bennett noticed a television cable from a utility pole that ran alongside her property, across a pathway to the Hays Court Apartment Complex on Sunday, 01/30/05. She contacted Insight and was told that they could not do anything about it until she provided them with an address that the cable belonged to. She feel that this is not her responsibilty and that this is a hazard.

A citizen called in to report that there is a dupster in the alley by this address that is overflowing and trash is blowing out of it in to other peoples yards.

Down the road from 2020 E. 2nd St. there are Junk cars untagged in yard, misc. trash items in yard as well. Call Mrs. Scott with follow up.
The Dollar General Store moved into the old Goodwill Building. There is trash all over the vacant lot next to the building. This was a continuous thing but the people from Goodwill picked up the trash on a regular basis. No one is picking it up now and it is a mess. The citizen is afraid that the trash will attract rats and small animals.
The dumpsters are full. Trash is scattered everywhere.
