Hollyhocks growing over sidewalk -- can't walk the sidewalk.

Three vehicles parked in the yard. One of them is covered with a tarp.
There are two couches out by the road that have been there for over a week.
received call from parking enforcement - shrub over-growth on the sidewalk at the corner of w. 9th & Walnut Street.
This is actually at the intersection of Gourley Pike & Arlington Road, across from 1930 W. Gourley Pike. A gentleman almost got hit due to the visibility issue at this intersection. You can barely see oncoming traffic looking to the North as you pull off of Gourley onto Arlington Road.
trash in yard, junk all around property, starting to give off an odor
Trash and misc. junk in front and back yards - back is the worst. Two cars parked in grass.
The shrubs have grown into the street making it difficult to see on coming traffic.
