THE GRASS HAS ONLY BEEN MOWED ONCE THIS SUMMER - RATS HAVE BEEN SEEN COMING OUT OF THE GRASS. HE IS CONCERNED BECAUSE HIS 94 YR OLD MOTHER LIVES NEXT DOOR AND SCHOOL CHILDREN WALK PAST THIS PROPERTY.
