Officer Eric Dunn from the Indiana State Police called in and stated that the sidewalk next to BRI'S property on the west side of the street just north of the RR tracks is very overgrown with vegetation.
Grass is waist high; dog tied up (approx. 5' chain) on the porch; small boy (approx. 3yrs. old) goes out and plays in the yard.....dog feces, snakes, insects,etc....

This complaint was referred by the Street Dept. There is a line of sight problem on the southwest corner of S. Walnut Street and Ridgeview/Hoosier Street. There are bushes that are overgrown causing a sight problem for those pulling onto Walnut Street. The Street Dept. checked the problem and the bushes are on private property.
Complaintant states that trash from dumpster blows from adjacent property (2942 S. Old St. Rd. 37) blocking the storm drain sewer.
