ON THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF HIGH STREET & ROGERS ROAD THERE IS A LARGE ROCK WITH SHRUBBERY AROUND IT THAT OBSTRUCTS THE LINE OF SITE FOR THOSE TURNING LEFT ONTO HIGH STREET FROM ROGERS ROAD.
IF YOU ARE GOING NORTH ON HIGH STREET AND TURNING TO GO EAST ONTO COVENANTER DRIVE, THERE IS A LINE OF SIGHT PROBLEM ON THE SW CORNER. THIS IS A VACANT LOT.
Hedge needs cut because it causes problems for vehicles backing out of the driveway. She called last year and nothing was done. She also claims that this property is rental.
Marlene stated that the bushes at the intersection of Gates Drive and Jacob Drive as causing a line of sight problem as you travel west on Jacob Drive to the instersection of Gates Drive.
You turn off of N. Walnut Street into the Blue Ridge Subd. Turn right onto N. Blue Ridge Drive. As you go up the hill there are tree branches overgrown into the road that scrape vehicles. The branches cause the drivers to swerve into the oncoming lane of traffic. There is another problem as you turn left onto E. Blue Ridge Drive. There are pine trees that block the line of sight of oncoming traffic.
Citizen stated that brush and weeds are growing over the sidewalk and obstructing the line of sight and pedestrian access. There is a line of sight problem for traffic going south on Nancy Street looking to the right on Hillside Drive. There is a utility pole that has weeds grown around it that is obstructing a driver's view. If the weeds, etc. are on private propery, Gliessman does not want us to persue. But if it is in City r-o-w, he would like us to take care of it. Please give him a call.

Southern Drive runs into Henderson Street. There are shrubs/brush blocking the line of sight on the northwest corner for a driver coming off of Southern Drive onto Henderson Street.
