Citizen did not give name or location. Said that Mon. am (3/23), her carpool was on way to work, got behind a recycling truck which was sitting "in the middle of the street". Said they asked the driver to pull over so they could get past and he "rudely refused" and they had to sit there for 15 minutes waiting. Says if there's traffic, drivers should pull over to the side and not block the street.
re: Winslow Trails. There are muddy spots where water just sits. More gravel needs to be put in those sports, around ball park trails.

Someone has cut some trees down on the street and they are sticking out so motorist have to swerve into the other lane to get around them.
Citizen says she did not know about sticker program and has used county orange bags. Wants to know why her trash was not collected.
Dumpster in the parking lot is overflowing....trash everywhere.
Man says that the students have left their trash out since Monday. This gentleman also says that there have been several neighbors who have complained. The property is not just 500. It is on the 500 block. there are several houses involved.
