The alley that runs behind his home, between Hilside and Wilson is gravel, and when they have a heavy rain the gravel is washed out into wilson Street. Mr. Pitman stated that the alley is in terrible shape and is very difficult to drive on

1401 S Rogers has been vacant and empty since last year. Garage has rats because of garbage left there. The grass has not been cut and is extremely tall. She owns the apartment building, 1405 S Rogers, which is next door.
Grass has not been mowed on the vacant lot at Wilson and Rogers.
THe grass is too high.
Complainant called to report that the vacant house located at 1401 S. Rogers appears to be unsafe, is badly unkept and she believes that homeless people are entering the house at night. She owns the rental next to it (1405 S. Rogers) and states that because of the overall condition of the house it effects her ability to attract good renters. She would like to the owners contacted that have been do something about the condition of the property. Please contact her re status.
The house appears to be vacant and boarded up. The caller noticed a window that was half open. He was concerned that perhaps someone may have been in the house to party and/or perhaps sell drugs.
