Complaint made by adjacent property owner (Pat Bookwalter). New tenant has moved in and has not moved trash to the curb for pickup. Trash is now blowing into the neighbor's yard also. Entered in by Woolford

Called OOTM and asked to remain anonymous but nature of her comments (and number on caller id) indicated it was Ms. Keene. Went into a long diatribe about her current landlord but didn't have any specifics on what the City should do to alleviate the problem. Said she has contacted the ICLU and will write a letter to the H-T.
112 E 12th St is giving permission to go on her property to see the trash
911 E University has tons of trash - did not place stickers on it. Trash starting to be strewn all over - attacking skunks.
560 S Park Ridge Rd, Apt 4201. Trash throughout the halls. Tenant is Pheadra Woods, 254-466-6421, Landlord was notified and they said someone was cleaning the breezeway today.
