Ms. Jackson called to report a suspicious man in a white Buick Century was parked at the apartments and was watching kids as they got on the bus. She also said the man appeared to be taking notes. This information was forwarded to Chief Diekhoff.
The yard has only been mowed once this year, and there are a lot of weeds and trash in the yard as well.
