GOT A CALL FROM CITY UTILITIES, THEY RECV'D A REPORT THAT THE SEWER AT 917 S. ROGERS IS BURPING AND BACKING UP. UTILITIES WENT OUT AND THEY SAID IT IS NOT THIERS.
