Citizen says that either trash or recycling truck keeps running into his yard. He lives on a cul-de-sac, and apparently the trucks back down to exit because they can't turn around. The problem is two houses down from this address. The corner of Southdowns and Jordan. Caller said that the grass at this property has not been mowed at all this year and there are also trees that need to be cut as well.
Customer said that a spout of water is coming out of lawn on south side, close to sidewalk.
