Notice left: notice says was over weight limit - I let him know you have scales in truck. Trash: Says it does not exceed weight limit - says has used same container for 3 yrs. please call him.

This is the last house on the right where Madison Street dead ends into the parking lot. There is quite a bit of old siding and brush laying in the yard and into the street. The citizen stated that you could not miss the mess as you go south on Madison.
