Received a call today about a parking issue on 15th Street between Jackson and Madison. Caller says a new house has been built on that street and the homeowner parks a black truck in front of the home...reducing the narrow street to only one lane. He believes the homeowner is parking legally, but is concerned that it may be a safety issue during bad weather.
There are mattresses, dressers and desks on the side porch.
There is a dead tree that is hanging over the neighbors garage and the alleyway.

Trash piled up in a barrel that is over flowing into the yard. Causing rats and mice for the neighbor.
they leave trash out and do not put stickers on the bags. sanitation won't pick up
weeds overgrown, no one has done anything about this all summer
