There is trash stacked in the front yard it has been there for awhile. It will probably blow all over the place.
A citizen called in and stated that there are a few bags of trash on E. 2nd Street at the intersection with Mitchell Street. The trash bags have been sitting on 2nd Street for a couple of weeks. The trash has blown down the block and some of it is sitting in front of 1608 W. 2nd Street. The citizen would like for someone to go and take a look at the problem.
In the east-west alley between Morrison's appliance and Elm street, there is a problem with trees growing from private property and blocking the alley access with limbs.
THERE ARE BROKEN BLOCKS, LIMBS, TRASH, WEEDS ECT. ALL OVER THE PROPERTY.
Mr. Parks called to inform the City Police that the intersection of West Third St. and Curry Pike is hazardous due to motorists running red traffic lights. He mentioned it is near GE (no incident specifically AT GE, but nearby intersection). He would like the City to send someone out to watch our part of the intersection for violators.
Garmhausen states that water is coming down the hill toward a small drain and it puddles at the end of her driveway.

There is currently "No Parking" on the south side of 11th Street from Monroe to Walnut Street. LeGrange has a difficult time pulling out of her drive when there are cars parked to the east of her drive. The neighbor has approx. 4-5 cars parked on the street up to her drive. She feels that the parking restriction should be on the north side of 11th Street from Monroe to Orris Drive. The line of sight is terrible on the north side. She would like the Traffic Commission to look into this matte
