Received a complaint from Julia Tobin at 4307 E. Bill Mallory Blvd regarding a 6" hole near the neighborhood mailboxes at the end of her driveway. It appears to be a location for fiber optics(?). She called AT&T but they said it was the city's issue. She's concerned that this hole could cause an injury. Who needs to be contacted to take care of this hole? Her ph# 812-345-3399. Resident who walks the Polly Grimshaw Trail on a daily basis stated that there is a Kroger shopping cart filled with someone's belongings on the East side of the RR Crossing at the bottom of the hill by the security fence. Also stated the brush is overgrown.

A gentleman called in and was very angry that the debris and illicit items have not been picked up at Hillinghams on S. Walnut. This debris and illicit material stretches to the school corporation building that is located there. He has contacted the Deputy Mayor and still nothing has been done. I received a call, phone number 216-337-3255, no name. From what I could understand, there is illegal parking happening on a street that only has parking on one side. The location is Woodburn between Kenwood Drive and 17th as well as on Kinser Pike/Rogers between Kenwood Drive and 17th.

I received a call from 216-337-3255, no name. The caller stated that the alleyway between Kenwood and 17th is riddled with pot holes. He also stated that he removed the snow, because it was never removed.

Betsy Smith - 812-327-5472 Ms. Smith called to report that sewer work was done at Jackson/W. Kirkwood. This has caused one of the manhole covers to not be sealed properly and it is constantly rattling. She would like to have someone come out and correct this.
