I received a call, phone number 216-337-3255, no name. From what I could understand, there is illegal parking happening on a street that only has parking on one side. The location is Woodburn between Kenwood Drive and 17th as well as on Kinser Pike/Rogers between Kenwood Drive and 17th.
Betsy Smith - 812-327-5472 Ms. Smith called to report that sewer work was done at Jackson/W. Kirkwood. This has caused one of the manhole covers to not be sealed properly and it is constantly rattling. She would like to have someone come out and correct this.
During the heavy winds this week, there were some trees down at Rhorer and Snoddy. A city crew picked this debris out of the road and placed it into the yard of 4025 S. Gran Haven Dr. Caller understands that he is not annexed into the city, however the debris was moved from City property to this non-annexed yard. Requesting scooter ordinance to be enforced by the Bloomington Police Department. Barely avoided several collisions with scooter riders on sidewalks on Kirkwood Ave near Monroe County Public Library. Would like to know when enforcement will start.
