Ms. Odell was driving on South Patterson before the Prospect intersection at 7am on 11/16. A car was driving towards her in her lane, so she veered into the other lane to prevent being hit. She said that there is a concrete block in the middle of the road that is lightly painted with yellow paint, but has no reflective quality. She was unable to see the block due to the lack of reflection and this caused major damage to her vehicle. She is requesting that the block be painted with reflective paint to prevent others from doing this as well.

Received a call on 5/16/17 from the property owner regarding a possible sinkhole /drainage issue. She asked if we could do a site visit to determine what if anything could be done about it. The property is a vacant lot on the SE corner of N Ramble Rd W and Kenler Dr in Blue Ridge Estates; and just N of her residence at 3114 N Ramble Rd W.

Complaint of traffic light timing on W. 3rd St. between College Ave. and Rogers St. When busy, the timing of lights only allows very few cars to go at all due to backup caused by the alternating green/red of every other light. Not sure if there's anything that can be done about this issue.
