Caller reported parking meter #7631, on 7th Street near Walnut, is eating coins. She was able to put in 1 hour's worth of time but then coins weren't registering time on the meter after 1 hour.

Mattresses and TV's are sitting outside the apartment complex (and not in a dumpster). Trash pick-up day was today. Mattressess have been at this location about several week. Apartment building located between 2nd and Fess across from former BloomingFoods location.

Tiffany called and filed complaint. She lives in 2500 S. Rockport Rd Apt. 2502. Complained of trash and overgrowth behind her building.

Ms. Odell was driving on South Patterson before the Prospect intersection at 7am on 11/16. A car was driving towards her in her lane, so she veered into the other lane to prevent being hit. She said that there is a concrete block in the middle of the road that is lightly painted with yellow paint, but has no reflective quality. She was unable to see the block due to the lack of reflection and this caused major damage to her vehicle. She is requesting that the block be painted with reflective paint to prevent others from doing this as well.

Mr. Michael called on 11/28 to complain about unfair treatment by the local court system. He was very angry and began cussing at Diane. When it became apparent he was not going to stop his profanity-laced rant, she hung up on him. Mr. Michael then called back and left an angry voicemail message. At the end of the message, he said someone better clean up this (expletive) or he will...and "that's a promise." Diane forwarded the message to Chief Diekhoff.

Anonymous complaint from a woman who lives on S. Wilton in Green Briar Hills. She said drainage from Arden Place runs through their neighborhood and right now, there is a lot of water, leaves and trash along the street. She would like someone to come out and pick up the leaves in the next few days.

Ms. Banks said she had reported an abandoned car across from her house two weeks ago but couldn't remember who she talked to. Car is still there.
