WATER LEAK IS GETTING WORSE, IT HAD LEAKED FOR 3 DAYS, WANT CBU TO REPAIR IT
University Commons Apts., owned by Sterling University, owns an area on the West side of the complex, towards Stonegate Drive, which is not maintained. The pinetrees and hill belongs to the apartment complex.
Overgrown brush in the easement between the apt. complex and Mr Martin's property. Complex is behind Ryan Steakhouse on E 3rd. He also said that the erosion control fence was never taken down.
The drain pipe under the driveway is broken.
This lot backs up to Acuff Road. The resident called to say there is brush, old fencing and some debris on the backside of 1150 W. Sugarberry Court (the area near the sidewalk and Acuff Road) that needs to be cleaned up. He thinks the lot is still owned by the developer.
Complaint of traffic light out at the corner of S. Kingsbury Ave. and Allendale Dr.
Subscriber states that he has recieved his current bill and that there is another field service charge on his bill. Mr Ashba thinks that this service charge is for someone coming out to his apartment. ( It appears from the memo received from Insight states that it is a late fee charge)
