Atwater between Swain & Eastside
Complaint of mistimed traffic signals causing backup. Located at the corner of College Mall Rd. and 3rd St. The turn signal for those West bound on St. Rd. 46 turning onto South bound College Mall Rd. allows too many cars into intersection than next light at entrance to Eastland Plaza can handle. Cars are turning into intersection while they still have green light but are then unable to continue down College Mall Rd. because the next light is either not long enough or not properly synced with the turn lane at College Mall Rd. and 3rd St.

The common area as you enter The Stands still has not been mowed.
ONLY 2-3 HOUSES HAVE REMOVED SNOW FROM THE SIDEWALK ON THE STANDS DRIVE.
Empty lots - between 2525 & 2415 Vernal and across from 2415 trash is everywhere
