The first alley east on Pine St. on West Kirkwood has lots of weeds, trees hanging over the alley which scrapes vehicles passing through, and a shed build on the City ROW. Citizen left PW voicemail message that her recycling had not been picked up & she was left a note saying it wasn't sorted properly. She sorted it the same way as always and wants it picked up.

Backyard is full of junk and the grass is unmowed. This is rental property, and tenant is rarely there.
