this property has been vacant for 25 years. the house is falling away from the chimney. there are holes in the foundation. Wst wall collapsing under siding. Problem has accelerated in the last few months
STREET DEPT. RECEIVED A CALL THAT PIECES OF A STONE WALL BESIDE 103 E. 15TH ST. IN THE ALLEY HAD FALLEN. STREET PICKED UP THE ROCK IN THE ALLEY HOWEVER, THE WALL IS STILL CRUMBLING. (NEIGHBOR'S NAME IS MRS. MORLAND @ 332-1894)
Rails to Trails: there is barbed wire in a patch of trees. She was walking around dusk and walked into it. Had to get 6 stitches. Is in the Sommersby neighborhood. (It sounds like there is a small path that leads from Sommersby to the main trail. This is where she encountered the barbed wire. This may not actually be a "real" path.)
Says property next door has been abandoned over a year. Metal sticking out of the walls and children play there. Safety hazard. See AO's #4710, 6442, 7115 also. Pls continue to monitor and let Mr. Jones know what we can or can't do.
