The creek runs into a culvert. The culvert seems to be clogged causing a backup of water on Johnson's property. Gary Walls is the builder. The house was built in 1996.

Recently purchased this property. Says there is a drainage ditch behind property in City ROW which is badly plugged up with debris. Says this drainage "creek" drains much of Park Ridge area and the whole thing is clogged up. Would like City to have it cleaned out.

new playground at Bryan Park. Who designed sand area? Why is there not a walkway? It is hard for strollers and older people to walk through the sand areas. The play equipment is nice but whoever designed the sand areaz "must be young and single".
