OTHER/TRASH: TRASH WASN'T TAGGED. NOTICE WAS LEFT. SHE CLAIMS THAT YOU HAVE ALWAYS PICKED UP HER TRASH WITHOUT STICKERS. I EXPLAINED THE STICKER PROGRAM TO HER. WILL YOU RETURN AND PICK IT UP? THANK YOU.

there was a notice left by crews that trash did not have sticker. resident stated the tag is on the bag inside the can. She used to put it on the can but it kept being stolen.
