Ms. Elvsaas stated that the tenants at 1202 S grant have taken 20 bags of trash and rolled them up in a black plastic tarp. Ms. Elvsaas stated that the tarp of trash in located in the back yard. Ms. Elvsaas is concerned about animals getting into the trash and stringing all over the neighborhood.
Shingles have been in back yard for over a year.
Grass is overgrown.
Citizen reported that the grass at the address has not been mowed at all the season. Citizen stated that this is a nice neighborhood near Bryan Park and the fact that the grass has not been mowed makes the whole neighborhood look bad.
The field between W. Guy Ave. & Rockport Hills addition. It needs mowed. Parks & Rec. said it was no longer in their jurisdiction. field mice are over running his yard.
The tree plot behind 1618 - 1626 South Pinestone Court is grown up.
The tree across the alley from Ms Geiger's property is hanging over the fence and is full of poison ivy. The house at the corner of Washington and Allen has tall weeds in the front yard.
Several vacant lots (approx. 2-4 lots) owned by Blackwell Construction on Daniel Street have not been mowed at all this year.
911 Winding Way, 1011 Winding Way, 3202 Meadow Lane Mr. Johnsons reports that these properties all look run down, trash or weeds and at one or two of them cars parked all over the place like a used car lot.
