House at 1127 W. 11th St. needs to cut its grass. Over 8". Property is owned by David Melwid. The complaint was made by the man who resides at 1123 W. 11th St.
Resident of 1123 W. 11th St. says that grass at 1127 is reaching close to two feet in height.
Grass is at least 12" high the house is vacant and has the name Mr. John Melwid on the mailbox. There is also a vacant lot on the other side of 1123 W. 11th that has high grass as well.

Fence for this property (or maybe 1125) is protruding too far into the public alley. Mr. Fleetwoods tenants need to access this alley to exit the property, and that need will become more urgent as the 3rd/5th/Adams construction begins. This fence makes the alley inaccessible.
The first alley East of Pine Street, which runs north and south, is not passable due to weeds, trees, downspout hanging off a shed, etc. This is Mr. Fleetwood's second complaint. He would like the inspector to call him so that he can meet the inspector at the site.
There is lots of trash in the back yard. Including car pieces, regular trash and old furniture.
