Caller complained about the entire length of Washington Street between 1st Street and Dodds (particularly the segment from 1st Street to Wylie). Claimed both of sides of street were problems.

Caller stated there are cars, trucks, and a boat parked in the yard. Caller also thinks this might be a daycare without a license. Problem is 3373-3375 S Burks Ct (duplex)
Caller stated cars are parking on both sides of street to where it is almost impossible to get through and at the stop sign to where you cannot see the sign.
