They don't always put stickers on thier trash-now they have trash out with a sanitation notice on it. Even when trash is picked up they leave trash and recycling bins out.

Other/Yard waste: Her yardwaste bags have stickers on them -- someone is putting their yardwaste out with hers. They normally stickered it but they didn't this time. (2 bags) It is not her yardwaste. Can you still pick it up?
