Owner of 3601 N Kinser pike called and stated their is an easement for utilities behind her house that needs mowed. She wasn't sure who was responsible for it.

Caller reported that meter #7673 is taking coins but not registering time.
She represents the Woolery Mills HOA. Indicated the resident at 2416 Woolery Mill Dr had water in their crawlspace last weekend. They checked and found a drain not functioning and didn't know if it was City responsibility. She emailed pictures.
trash throughout yard, "Reuben" interpreting on behalf of neighbor for whom English is not their first language, complaining to HOA, did not think property was registered
trash in yard, appears as though tenants moved out and left piles of trash and belongings
