At the corner of 1st and Walker there is a vacant lot where the weeds are so high that you cannot see to turn from Walker onto 1st Street.

Complaint of traffic light timing on W. 3rd St. between College Ave. and Rogers St. When busy, the timing of lights only allows very few cars to go at all due to backup caused by the alternating green/red of every other light. Not sure if there's anything that can be done about this issue.
