Mr. Williams lives next to apartment complex that's currently repairing retainer wall on west end of lot but not on east end which is closest to him. Problem is that railroad ties have fallen on east end and have been covered by growth. Mr. Williams has seen many cars go over the edge that have needed to be towed out. Also, he's concerned about children in the area and the hazard this poses to them. To eliminate this hazard he would like east retainer wall repaired and growth removed.

Robin's daughter visits her father in the third unit at 1310 N. Maple. He rents this unit from his parents. Robin reports that much electrical work and plumbing work was done at the house without the proper permits and that the work was not done properly. A wood stove was also installed without the proper "venting". (I checked this address on the rental system and it shows that there are only 2 approved rental units.
