Dead raccoon in the street, stinking up the neighborhood, attracting vultures and maggots. The residents want it gone as soon as possible. Reported by Charles Billings, 812.334.2900. He has called 3 times to try to get the raccoon removed.
Mr. Ogle called in to report that a sidewalk was installed improperly and is creating storm drainage issues for his residence and his neighbor's residence.
Ms Dula left me a voice message on 4/26/16 with concerns about drainage at the end of Stephens Dr and who is responsible for it. I checked the area and did not see any issues with the drainage in this area.

The resident filing the complaint would like to remain anonymous. They state the grass at this property 8inches tall, and worse in the backyard.
