notice left/ missed pick-up/yard waste: Dude had bunch of plastic bags full of leaves. Was cited. Told him to put the leaves in a trash can and put the yard waste stickers from the bags onto the cans.

They don't always put stickers on thier trash-now they have trash out with a sanitation notice on it. Even when trash is picked up they leave trash and recycling bins out.
