Five vehicles parked in the driveway; sometimes parked on the lawn. Too many children living here; toys, litter, candy wrappers blowing into the back yard of Mr. Napier's yard. Caller also said that this is a rental property (not registered).
There are two recycling bins that are out (they are full). The recycling isn't for another week and a half.

There is trash all over the back yard of the Powell Daycare which is located directly behind Mr. Roberts house. He stated that half the block is mess. The residents here have a truck in the driveway that they are "storing" their trash in. The bed of the truck is full of trash.
Tree trimming service (working for PSI or Cinergy) trimmed trees from electrical wires in a 5 block area south of Arden Drive, and left piles of brush. (John, I think you can call PSI about getting this picked up)
