This house is a rental. The people from the summer have moved out and have left a bunch of junk in the yard and on the back porch. There large item pick-up date is on Fridays (Sept. 4th & 11th). The neighborhood has had problems with this residence before with trash piling up and some residents have seen rats around the area.
the tenants have left lots of things in the yard, an ice box, furniture, ECT. And they haven't cleaned it up.
The neighbor states that there is a great deal of trash in the backyard. They have tried to talk to the owner of the property but it has not helped. They are concerned about animals getting in to the trash and getting it everywhere.

Apt. A has trash piling up on the ground right off the porch
part of tree fell in back yard. the rest will go with next storm. very dangerous. this was reported by Scott Ackerson who lives at 1309 S Lincoln.
Tan truck full of trash has been on the street and not moved since 7/5/07.
