Received complaint regarding the condition of the house. White van sitting in the yard. Trash everywhere. Large tub in the backyard. Blue tarp covering the roof. Caller stated that the house is being rented.

The address is not necessarily 425. The citizen stated that the house is on the East side of South Washington Street between Smith Avenue & 2nd Street. The lady who lives there has put out wood/debris with nails sticking out near the sidewalk. There are no stickers on it and he feels that it is a safety issue for pedestrians. He would like for someone to go out and look at the problem.
