Ms Lucas is concerned about people parking on BOTH sides of Covenanter on East side of 4-way stop--works at Kroger's in Jackson Creek and has been experiencing problems pulling out onto Covenanter--she's almost been hit twice b/c can't see around parked cars. Employees have to park in back, so have to exit onto Covenanter near Eaton Mews. Employees have noticed problem since new business, Dial America, moved in--problem is worse in the evening. She said she didn't notice any signs.

Ken FYI/Resident complaining about recycling crew not turning over a box with packing peanuts so they wouldn't blow all over his yard. He didn't care the we do not recycle them -- whatever. CB
