Recurring problem during warm weather months. Property owner at 1117 S. Rogers does not trim shrubs making it difficult to see oncoming traffic for motorists pulling onto Rogers from neighborhood alley. Shirley Schooley (1118 S. Madison) is usually the one who calls in and reports it.

Dogs are making a mess of their yard, and they can't go out after dark. They've lived there forty years, and feel they deserve better.
