TRASH COLLECTS IN SMALL BAGS AT THIS RESIDENCE AND IT HAS NOW BEEN PUT INTO LARGE BAGS AND LEFT AT TREE. NEEDS TO MAKE IT TO THE CURB AND ON TO THE SANITATION TRUCK.

Mrs. Selk called to report that the person who lives at 1416 S. Madison St. had at least 12 bags of trash out side of the front door. Mrs. selk stated that it is a good thing its cold out beacuse it would be smelling. She is worried about rats and dogs getting into the bags. She stated that this has been going on for the past few weeks.
